I have wagered on millions of rounds of twenty-one. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have enjoyed online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost a lot of bankroll at 21. The casinos have made it very hard to beat the house.

I still like the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over the years I have bet on a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get flush with this tactic or defeat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is built on the fact that vingt-et-un seems to be a match of streaks. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I wager with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I lose again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the wager back down to the original amount.

I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely fun on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very quick. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had great streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a few years back with $750 after 60 mins using this tactic! And a few weeks ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You need to understand that you can lose a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be amazed at the streaks you notice betting this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a five dollar table.

Bet $5
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $5 wager

Wager 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of ten dollar

Bet $10
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the original ten dollar wager

Wager ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar

Wager twenty dollar
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the original twenty dollar wager

Wager 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total bet of forty dollar

Wager 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 40 dollar wager

Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of $80

Bet eighty dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $80 wager

Wager eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Wager 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $160 bet

If you departed at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is hard to go on a run this long, but it often happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and drop your bet or the final result will not be the same.
