I have bet on countless of hands of vingt-et-un. I began working my way into the casinos when I was sixteen. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the wager back down to the original value.

I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets very exciting sometimes. If you win a few hands in series your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had awesome runs a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Paris a number of years ago with $750 after 60 mins using this tactic! And a number of months ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!
