Blackjack is a game that reminds me somewhat of a roller coaster. Blackjack is a game that starts out slowly, but gradually picks up the pace. As you grow your bank roll, you feel like you are slowly getting to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom falls out.
Blackjack is so much like a wild ride the similarities are eerie. As is the case with the popular fair ground experience, your blackjack game will peak and things will appear as though they are going great for awhile before it bottoms out one more time. Undoubtedly you have to be a player who can readjust to the ups and downs of the game because the game of blackjack is full of them.
If you like the little coaster, 1 that doesn’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the ride is with a fatter wager, then hop on board for the rollercoaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The big spender will love the view from the monster wild ride because he/she is not thinking on the drop as they rush head first to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few players adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that is awesome, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to toss and turn, you had better escape in a hurry.
If you do not, you may not necessarily remember how much you enjoyed life while your bankroll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a wicked ride and your head in the clouds. As you are recounting "what ifs", you won’t recount how "high up" you went but you will clearly remember that devastating drop as clear as day.
