I have played countless of rounds of vingt-et-un. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have gambled on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost a lot of funds at twenty-one. The gambling dens have made it very hard to defeat the casino.
I still like the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have wagered on a type of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get loaded with this tactic or defeat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is based on the fact that 21 seems to be a match of runs. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy 21. When I lose I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the wager back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets very fun sometimes. If you win a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Palms a number of years ago with $750 after 35 mins using this tactic! And a number of weeks ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You must understand that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be surprised at the runs you witness wagering this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a $5 game.

Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the initial five dollar bet
Wager five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Wager $10
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the initial ten dollar wager
Wager 10 dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Wager twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $20 bet
Bet twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Wager 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original forty dollar bet
Bet 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Bet 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 80 dollar bet
Wager eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the original 160 dollar wager
If you departed at this moment you would be up three hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It is iffy to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and lower your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
